Debating weather to begin my server again

Hello community,

This evening I was quite bored, and found out that my grandpa has paid for 12 months worth of my 96gb dedicated server, and that since I have no other uses for it, I decided to begin working on the server that I left off.
I have found many great ideas on my journey of moving from server to server, being head-admin to gm to support, security and etc. I just want to know from you people what's the best choices so far, since there isn't much left to choose from since there is many servers available.
I want my server to be one of a kind, and nothing like anyone else's, and I will do my best to keep it that way. I have great ideas, and much new things that I haven't seen on any other server out there. I just want your opinion as the people to choose what kind of cap, pvp/pve/unique/event server that you guys would be proud of. Unique / Event server's are ones that are amazingly fun, that are alchemy 100%, and etc, that just let you guys have fun in Unique's everywhere, and start with best set/wep's in-game, and just basically chill.
I am interested in using the old vsro files ( v1.188 ) since the new job system really sucks, not really interested in those.

Now it's up to you people. Which cap & type of game-play would you guys advise? No CH, only EU? Or No EU, only CH? Or CH/EU both available.
New fortress destination, or new map created? Just let me know, best wishes to everyone who posts in this thread, any flaming will lead to a report.

at first greetings to you and wish you success in the new server and you should do a new furtures as overlimit and creddy did because when people see new things not seen in other private servers they like to try it and play
and try to put a lot of futures in your server, such as new uniques new maps like GM event and pvp room etc and cap 130 with new avatars / new premium plus and low rates will be good.

my opinion ------> d9 - china only - areas ( jangan - dw - dw cave - hotan - karakoram - roc mountain ) - old job suit - old school glows - ecsro rates - light bot allowed - you dont need to active event room or these stupid things for unique event , just like ecsro let's go to dw south and spawn unique everywhere , and the players search ^_^

lvl80 cap only CH best pvp
or
lvl100 cap with CH/EU too the best pvp
PVE/PVP server with daily creative events not only uniques all time
with medium alchemy and medium rates
without pop!!
sun rate would be 1% :P xD
Honor allowed +honor sun weps with all dg but the price is set to high

i tryed cap 80 before , exactly in apollo , really boring , the capacity was awesome 900 players online per day but no pvp no job wars
i prefer cap 90

If your grandpa was rich enough to buy 96gb ram dedicated server for a game which is going to use max 12-16gb ram with yearly term, you can ask him for a bit more money lol. Who is going to take all that effort? DDOS etc? Oh but I guess your grandpa can buy a ddos protection for you.

Don't worry, i've got top notch anti ddos protection program, also botnet, and ddos/dos program to attack back at the target.
