Pure INT nuker build

Hello,

I know it's not first question about nukers build, but i can't find it. So if you can type it about all imbues and buffs. heuks/cold/light 90lvl and 30force.(and if you can say how many SP i will need)

And BTW, thats good idea to start farming at lvl16(with 9gap) ? If not why?
