as i player on the server i guess i can voice my opinion regarding cap changes and im pretty sure nobody on the server wants the cap to be raised o.O

btw elder , since i left heaven i didn't joined in anyserver till i joined apollo and u banned me for some haters xD.

U shouldn't have even added 110-120 PvE or PvP as options.. ;/

So my friend is going to make a cap 80 or 90 server but he didn't decide yet. So here I am asking you on which cap you would play.
Server would be PVE cap 80 or 90 as I've written before... Rates: 15-20x vsro for cap 80, 25-30x vsro for cap 90. Bot would be allowed.
