The description on skills for example are wrong, you can see a lot <br> (enter or CR) in wrong way. When you do quest too, a lot them have NO description at all.
That has nothing to do with the server. The descriptions are all saved in the pk2 files, you can edit them yourself if you don't like them.

I know those descriptions are on pk2 files on client side, but it was patched (the client) by Ocean too.

About hosting, he's using a dedicated server provided by (I found this in 3 sec), is ultra easy to get the real Ocean's ident if Joymax really want it.
