Of course they don't, people are pretty much stupid these days. There were rumours about Arabian race back when max cap was 90, and they were proven wrong. There will be no new race for SRO.
For SRO2, possible, I don't know much about that. I only know it's being developed.

Guys, I created my own race called Kebab warrior. They are running around with a magic kebab casting spells and turning you into carrots and fries. I made this by myself so you have to add me on skype and come teamviewer because I won't post any screenshots.
