Hints to add new custom staff to the real map

well while surfing the db and searching for new stuff to understand
i found those column inside RefObjcommon ( RegionID,Dir,OffsetX,OffsetY,OffsetZ)
i have asked myself why they are placed here ?. !
what is the really usage for them .
then i wort this query

select  RegionID,Dir,OffsetX,OffsetY,OffsetZ from _RefObjCommon where CodeName128 like 'STORE_CH_GATE';

i found values ! so thats mean 2 things

Adding unwalkable places ! or makeing a walkable places !

so whats the useful of my hints? it may helps some one to lead his thinks about adding new unwalkeable & walkable area's inside the world map ( this means towns you can easly place Hoten gates with Jangan House's etc = creating new town as i think
idk if there must be a client side edits )

You cant make totally new towns and stuff in serverside. You need to edit the map files which is not possible yet.

i dont know but i recall a 3d builder for terrain on SRO(client side)
i still dont remember where i saw it(maybe here) but is not the case here
