Okay. My guess is that you have your billing script on an obvious path, there is an exploit with the billing, protect it or the access to it or your account db will get deleted every time.

try to close cerefction after open server and make it easy close cerefction

always Do That and here Ports i Closed 15885, 15883, 32000, 1433, 3306, 15880.. and i change Prot8080 To another Port any Idea !!

Why do you block so many ports?
The only ports you have to block are:
Globalmanager
Gatewayserver
Downloadserver
Agentserver

i allready posted the solution....?
check ur register script -.- its vuln to sql injections the email field is not filtered
