Well which lvl cap do you people prefer for a good old school server..
well
- 81cap chinese/eruo.
- 81cap only chinese.
- 90cap chinese/euro.
- 90cap only chinese.
- 100cap only chinese.

which will be best ....

Mmm, cap 81 ? So I guess you mean by that you want to enable 9d ? That's garbage, so I would go for 90 CHN/EU or 90 CHN only can't decide on that one though.

By the way , if you put 'i' to image code , turks will stay away from your server?
Most of them , are not able to write that letter.(Or u can block their ips)
