Looking for full security to my server!

My security is 80% and i want it as 100% full security i will pay for this service ( PayPal )
I want only trusted users i will pay well.

Don't pay somebody for it. Just block every ports on the windows firewall and nobody can hack you.
Another thing, get a different passwort for the user "sa" or create a new user with a long pw
