In html you can't do any website which has some functions(like login, register).
Every website coded in any language are using HTML to shows the output.
Your skills is very, very little.

Well there are championships for 'best race car driver' and you didn't won that championships. You can prove that LastThief is the best ( in epvp sro section ) at PhP by comparing his work with others am I right ? yes ok bb.

you wanna php/html/css/html5/asp.net , etc.
you got 2 choices for you to do so.

First: just do make websites,blogs,etc. without asking for money(Which is PERFECT)
Second: be a PHP,CSS,HTML,etc Worker. asking for money for your jobs.

i prefer the first way.
you mirav. prefer the second way.

so w/e . and btw. the bad persons. who says they are great.

your website could be done in PHP extension (*.php)..
