i think haze ratted either the sro-r pserver or one of joymax's servers and got the files, and epicsoul got them from haze (that's just my theory)

Well , i can't get it why people like SRO-R Files too much :? , while Sro-R is really another EPIC fail by joymax , also the New Regions , Skills , Mobs , etc. can be added to Vsro1.188
so .... it is = nothing special 
Well any server files with Weapon upgrading system , and New job System is an Epic fail !
