uninstall and reinstall, with anti virus off, then add the program as an exception. then add your media file. start it. if it doesn't work, best thing is to uninstall, download client again and follow the same instructions

p.s. try to download your PK2 again it may be corrupt

get the newest directx and make sure u dont have windows vista or smthing

ERROR CODE 2 is that your virusscanner deleted the SRO_CLIENT.EXE
