starting the game problem

i downloaded the new client and the pk2 yesterday and when i try to log in
i write my id and password and then i press enter, nothing appear.

i reinstalled the game and the pk2 and i restarted the computer and i turned off the antivirus and its the same problem still.


the confirmation code doesnt show


so can anyone help me please ??
