Max + Value

Heya

I wanna change the max + which can be made to +12 (+14 with advance) but I'm not sure where it has to be setted.
Anyone may got an idea where to set it?

As I remember right this one is just for changing the max + in smc from +12 up to +255 but I'll need it Ingame that noone can use the Alchemy System for more than +14
