whenever some server is down, people always says : wohaohaoooaoaoaoo its some kind of test/skills/lvl update

Actually,after update it will be like this:
rates:
exp:1000 x
sp:10000x
drop:9999999999x (sosun @ every mob)
lvl 140 skills
1 skill cost you only 1 sp
free item mall stuff
unlimited gold
Gm status for everybody
Server slots:100,000
Lag=0.

It wasn't a joke? O_O..
But I REALLY think that they just tested the server... Becaus it was posted on their forums that the serv opens on monday... So maybe they tested the new thing? Or w.e they did do... .. They removed event.. :'<
