Attachable MagicOptCount has wrong value! (Paying for Help)

I was adding new avatars to my database and now i recieve this error i cant resolve:

can't find assoc Item with this Package [PackageID: PACKAGE_ITEM_MALL_AVATAR_M_BLACKWING, ItemCode: ITEM_MALL_AVATAR_M_BLACKWING]

it is already activated .. have a look:

[H34D_B4NG3R]

You dont have it in RefObjCommon or the item code is wrong

well thanks for all suggestions, but all didnt help yet, still the same error

its in the RefObjCommon and the item code is right too..
