What are you looking for in a server? Most I have seen players recommend dumb settings and events and then the servers die.

As close to original as possible with minor changes. Zero edits, no euros because they simply ruin any kind of mass pvp and in 1v1 EU is op as well.

And someone figuring out the rates so that grinding won't be more profitable than actual trading which is literally the point of the game.

I think to limit the profiting from gold you just need to leverage the price of grinding.

5-10-15-30-100-150 Experience/Skill Experience Increase Scrolls (they can also be edited)

Well, there are plenty of in game scrolls that you can use that boost up your characters' EXP/SP gain by % for X minutes.

Instead of having high rates to compensate for the tedious leveling, you could have medium to low rates and reward players with these scrolls through various events like quests, unique monster kills, So-Ok events, as well as a starting buff (every character gets more EXP/SP for X amount of time)

I think it's more interactive.

Pretty sure most of these scrolls are available in Sailor. Don't think this is available for most vsro servers. I'm not a dev so can't confirm.

They are available on any vsro server, people just don't use them. I'm not a dev and I could get them to work, so...
