I pretty much forgot how to play SRO, I haven't played a single server for probably well over 6 months now.
I used to play EOS for a while, still messing up with the camera rotation lol.
it would be hilarious to watch portal playing Sro, he didn't touch this game since ages as far as I know.

Elitepvpers still uses vBulletin and as suggested before they show no intention to switch to something newer. So I am not sure if changing the layout for A section is an option here, I don't think it's possible, didn't work with vBulletin enough to tell but, I highly doubt.
