^ trust me, ppl there are cool if you asked anything in English they will reply, I knew some nice ppl from anime section and they speak English. It's just as you say the majority are German so there's nothing we can do.

I actually post there from time to time. They are friendly. But, sometimes I'd love to enter a discussion about the anime I like and they are all speaking Dutch/German.

Well for English discussions I'd not recommend Epvp's Anime section as you can't get it there, try other anime/manga stream websites or mal forums.

I've spoken to Portal, and we've agreed on a rule change for the p-sro discussions section. You will (as of when the rule is updated) be able to post your server name in any thread that you want, just not in the way of advertisement.

Well not really, it's due to my guarding duty, most likely I must reply people and inform them with rules. Also I have no intention for this in the meantime. Being a mod means I have to stop working for any psrv in any direct/indirect way which is something I don't think would suit me yet, working on my own srv so.. that's it.

I'm done with this, feel free to 'report' me with the reason you find suitable when ever you see an unnecessary post-by me and let's see how it goes.
