BIG PROBLEM-SCAMM OR SMTHING ELSE

Hey guys i played about 2 weeks on ECSRO and got 37 lvl and then i moved to another part of city and had to wait for one and half month to get connection and i logged 5mins ago and i check acc its 36 lvl and it doesnt have anystuffs so im missing 20m and alot of stuffs pls can some1 tell me am i scammed or its reset or something coz i didnt play for one and half month! Thnx
