ShardManager Crash

Every db i use, i have the same fuc*** problem, my shardmanager crashesh, i have checked shard.ini like 20times, and it is correct, so it is something else, any solutions ?

In fatallog there is something like Billing Server Is Dead, and i dunno why its dead, i think i did it correctly, could i get a guide how to setup billing server ?

The error is obvious . Billing server is dead .

Check your billing server (IIS) .

Solved by;

changing the port of iis from 8080 to 80 (weird)

and redoing all those ***** with billings, but really think the problem was the port.

When I Starting to Open My Server I have Crashed tell me In Sr_ShardManger Billing Server Is Dead and i see the IIS Default is Deleted I need Helper

The real answer is to check your iis files and DBConnection and do the steps in this pictures :
