There isn't really a solution. they mite just run a crappy server, or cuz we live so far away from their source.

proxies might reduce d/c`s ,but its very hard to find a working one.

Edit:i think there's one in the [download+register] thread but i dont know if it works or its safe and i dont know how to use a proxy xD
