ecsro ispection takes 48 hours on 2 servers

isro inspection takes 2-3 hours on 30 servers

The site says it isn't ( ECSRO - Silkroad Private Server ) but when i start up ecsro it says ecsro(fembria) offline. when i click on it nothing happens (the start button does not appear) and after a few seconds a pop-up appears with the message: the server is undergoing inspections or updates. is it my problem? or is fembria down and is the site wrong ^^ pls help. oyeah btw, ecsro & ecsro vip are working fine, there the start appears. TL: DR fembria down?
