if you knew 18andLife @ the first of files release , he was creating pvp server in less than 3h and posting the thread of it .... i was in those old days when his first server called ( PvP sro ) .. He have to edit many things , check if there any bugs , etc. just wait and you will get what you want .

90 cap , exp more then 30x-40x pls sp higher , and skill cap edited to 90 max not srv 90 cap but have 100 cap skills..like others.. -.-

and i like the srv atm. i hope open soon.

As i want =3 a server with max skills @ level 90 , not with open books but can not add it ^^
by the way , 18andLife servers always good .. he never fault out of anyone , prove? see infinity sro .

Level cap: 90 Great, one of the best caps.
Black Rogue files, which are more stable than VSRO Awesome, best choice in my opinion.
EXP Rate: low rates, 20-30x Rates are not an issue, in any pserver.
SP rate: 50% more than EXP Great, less sp farming, although also not an issue in pservers
Drop rate: 10x Good, as long as the SoX rate isn't 10x or something else high.
Gold rate: 10x Fine
Job: 3x I'd have to see how much is it per trade, make sure the it also works for thieves and hunters
Quest: 3x As long as the new quests you add are not pointless grinding.

-over 80 new quests added. Cool, again as long as its not "kill 500 mangyangs" type of quests.
-new title system (over 100 new titles) What would they be for?
-all silk items for gold, except premium and devil spirit Make the exact opposite, premium and devil for gold and everything else for silk.
-new areas, over 50 new uniques (autospawn) Make sure it doesn't create lag for the server.
-balanced CH vs EU PVP (EU damage, effects lowered, changed) The br files are already balanced, unlike vsro files, (rogue can't take off DD in stun, chinese do more damage, etc.) so this would ruin the gameplay
-honor points for killing uniques Okay I guess.
-lvl1-80 mobs drop "tokens" which can be exchanged for D1-D8 sun+5 FB items Useful, helps in grinding, just make sure they're affordable, but not too easy to get.
-new town, pvp area (gngwc room, etc.) Not a fan, I like old school pvp in DW, but that's just my opinion.
-jewel box event idc
-no overpowered donators Do they get anything?
-true oldschool experience Hard to call it an oldschool experience when you're changing it.
-IP limit 1, botting allowed with 1 character Make it at least 3, 1 main, 1 staller, and 1 if you wanna plvl a new char.

Go for cap 100 but CH only.
So everyone can enjoy the nice old ECSRO [VIP] style.
Currently theres no cap 100 ch only server, so i think this would be more sucessfull.

believe me , 9d would be better .. maybe after like 2 or 3 weeks updating to 100cap but he have to make d9 for a long time that we can feel the 90 power ^_^

there are enaugh 90 cap servers with CH only. Atm theres no server on cap 100 with CH only, so in my opinion this would be better =)

I think CHN only isn't good (;
I think without eu, above 90cap... silkroad is a fail ^^.
