True , but you've to know that euro race is bullshit ; since it can **** up ch race ... + int ch char can not handle vs any euro char , because of snow mp taking .. every hit your mp get less till mp become 0 and snow like un-activated then he can **** you with big damage .. if you are talking about euro with ch both are good on old-skol client .. because of snow .

In 100cap server, chn vs euro is equally balanced, and even more balanced on BR files, so I think it's good how it is.

There is already 100 cap PVE and PVP from infinity networks .

Ch only will be much better.
EXP Rate: low rates, 20-30x YES
SP rate: 50% more than EXP YES
Drop rate: 10x [Disable drops and put soms in npc with gold so jobs players will do jobs for buy it better than boting for waiting sox and also put suns but with high price so people can get it on 2 3 weeks so jobs always active ]
Gold rate: 10x YES
Job: 3x up it
Quest: 3x..>change reward to scrolls or any special things
Add BA/CTF and make it nice rewards so it active
1 FW will be nice
D1-D8 add suns or som npc thats help for lvling
alchemy make +1 +3 100% and put astral and imo on npc
honor rank for first 10 thiefs,hunters,trader

I'm not advertising 100cap, i'm saying it's more balanced, but 90 cap would be even more wicked -_-, except euro's would be a failure, which is good ;o

Lol? So dont use max lvl snow... 10% lower for s/s and 20% lower for spear is enough not to get out of mp. Ofc nothing will help if you got no items but if items are equal mp is no problem, bigger problem vs euros is that 2min's is not quite sometimes enough to kill and after that you r dead meat without snow.

The point he said was that he was always out of mp against euros and I said thats cuz he is using too high snow and not pointing out that it takes mp

Ontopic: I never liked any cap below 100. Lack of chineses skills annoyed me and it made sro kinda empty. I mean playing with euros in any cap doesnt affect you cuz skills are all the same in all caps but with china its different story. I hate heuksal without double throw, bicheon without proper crit increase in stab or bow with massive crit. Idk, it can be just me but after playing a lot of 12d cap I just can't go back to basic silkroad.

Why not on 90 cap? How different it is from your eyes?
Do rogues lose their 75% increase buff? No. In each cap dmg evenly got bigger so as in 120 rogues own they will own in 90.

Actually, no it's a proven fact in the vsro files, 120cap snow shield uses more MP than 90 cap, because the rogues are not as powerful as they are in the 120cap.

Vsro files pls a lot of people have problems with Blackrouge file.
and exp 35x or 30x is good for 90 cap.
change unique spawn times:
45mins for TG, Cerb, ivy, uru
1h for isy
2h for lord and demon
