Exclamation BIG PROBLEM!!!HELP

HI ALL, I HAVE PROBLEM WITH ECSRO. I HAVE PROBLEM WITH FEMBRIA MEDIA.PK2. I DOWNLOAD and UNPACK THIS MEDIA.PK2 AND I PASTE IT TO ECSRO FOLDER. WHEN I CLICK ON ECSRO LAUNCHER I HAVENT GOT START, WHY???? I'M PLAYING ON VISTA, AND I STARTING FROM ADMIN ACC.I HAVE GOT NEW INTERFACE BUT I HAVENT GOT STARTTTTTTTTTTTTT!!!
PLEASE HP ME.

1) Don't use caps.

2) Disable any firewalls or anti-viruses(AVG, Kaper-Sky, etc.)
