Private server help pls

Hello ,
can you help me with post anything what i need to open global private server ...
i need all files and all what i need to open server with 12 and 13D ittems and all silk ittems works ... i mean i want to open good server because i get i7 proccesor 3.6ghz and i have 2x 16gb ram and i wont to open verry good server pls help me ... files and if you can to tell me how and where to put all i need for working server
