Check if any other services are using the port 80. e.x. Skype, MSSQL Reporting Service.
--Skype > Tools > Options > Advanced > Connection and uncheck [Use port 80 and 443 as alternatives for incoming connections]
--MSSQL Configuration Tools > stop MSSQL Reporting Service.
