problem is in my country that the paypal isn't allowded which makes me unable to buy a dedicated , etc ...
i have about 200$ in Skrill Money b. , but still can't FIND Hosting service accept it.
i need 1 for security and 1 for Site
if someone can help me find a hosting site accept moneybooker i will be so thankfull for him , and also there will no be IN-Game GMs .. the Gm events will be Controlled from a software i did

making some of the stuff he wants to, is revamping the entire server files
in a way, thats why emus are born
