If you run the files you wont be able to run the client on the same PC, you need at least 4GB of RAM for run the files and the client on the same computer. Get a new computer, buy a dedicated server or something, but if you plan to play with your friends you won't be able to run the client on the same computer you have the files with only 1.5GB RAM.
