What exactly are you trying to accomplish? Are you trying to find the database files for the leaked jsro server files? Or are you trying code a private server from scratch?
Decide on which path you want to continue on first before making all the website designs or you will just end up wasting your time.
If you choose to make a custom server with your own code, then i would recommend that you get more coders. You need start planning on how the framework should be structured and what language it would be coded in + 1000's of other little things. [OR: just help out jMerlin ]
All in all good luck with your project, this is not intentioned as a flame but as constructive criticism

we have planned it out, on my desktop i have pratically many notepads about financial, team structure, what to do next etc so does John.
We are not coding it from scratch

Why are you bothering if you aren't making it yourselves? Having coders won't do anything for you in that case and you won't be able to (easily) extend a binary server to a new version (and yes, people will get annoyed of playing the same outdated version eventually).
When I say not easily, I mean it's easier to make your own server.
This project looks like fail waiting to happen. None of those coders are very capable, not that having coders would do much in this situation. Also, if you're going to run the leaked binaries, be prepared to get a license from JM. It is quite illegal otherwise (how do you plan to pay for that? lol). And yes, just to show you how much of an ******* I can be, I will report it .
Reilly is being nice because he doesn't want to flame.. but looking at the facts, anyone would have to agree this project is really going nowhere. A 38 page thread dedicated to a website and graphics (also, have fun modifying your launcher to look like that :>, "coders" don't do that, and re-writing the launcher yourself is stupid), is not proof of productivity, it shows a lack of planning and a real lack of insight of where focus should be placed.
So as I said before, "good luck." I'll check back in a few years to see if the server is up and if so, giggle at what version it supports.

Because I get the distinct feeling they don't know what they're doing and they don't want any help unless you do what they want you to do :\.
Sadly, it's not going to result in a successful project.

Why don't you talk to the head of their team, i am sure they will be more than welcome to have you in. Chances are you will have to do what they want you to do because that's not your server. If you want to do w/e the hell you want to gotta create your own server.

Technically, it did . Writing a server emu in C++ requires a lot of hard work and determination lol.

Ignavus and SREmu. I'm about to put out srvc (aka.. SREmu) as an open-source C++ server emu base for SRO.
These guys are welcome to use it. It won't be fully functional but as they're looking for programmers, filling in the missing bits shouldn't be difficult. I'll have most of the basic stuff implemented though.
As I said, I offered my help if they'd agree to go open-source (primarily because using srvc would be hella easy :>). It beats outdated binaries and the framework can probably support in excess of 3500 people, besides it will have channeling capabilities which no binary SRO has, not to mention more GM capabilities etc.
My abilities though, seem to be wasted on this community. These guys have their hearts set on using outdated csro binaries to host a server with little real control.
