john isnt 1000 to many for a private server? u need like a NASA pc to host more than 1 server and more than 500 players once/server
its an opinion. and personally i dont know who has that kind of pc and internet connection.

It's depend how powerfull is the server, my friend have a GSP and its almost about memory ex: for mohaa each slot uses 5mb ram, if you have a server with 12 slots, the server must be 12*5= 60mb ram
i dunno how works sro server.. but should be something like that.

You don't need a nasa pc, just go to walmart and buy one of those vista comps, take out it's 2 512 mb ram cards and replace them with 1gb ram, then get a hardcore processor, best you can find, get an extra fan to prevent overheating, and Replace that power supply with another that has more watts.
be sure to replace vista with XP, that's plenty to host an SRO server

No files out there are real unless you buy them from MHTC or ecsro or deepblue, we currently have the files but we are still inspecting them
- Save yourself time and dont bother looking for the files, they wont be real and we already have them

If you succed to make the private server are you gonna post all the files and things in this forum so other people can make private servers? Or are you gonna keep them for yourselves ??
