still needs more than 4gb and high connection network .
@topic you can use SRX Revo .. latest emulator project ( 64% unbugged ) you can add new items , fix it , etc. if you are good developer

Try to make the Vsro server with just 1 region (for Example: Jangan)
More regions = more ram
It worked on a friend's pc with 2 Gb ram Maybe it will work with 1Gb ram too.
