Online Selling Account Feature

4. select how much silk for the account
5. add the character that will receive the silk or user account that will receive the silk.
6. press the button to set account for sale.

1. IF account set for sale, users can now see the account for sale in Market Place and they can buy for silk.

3. must provide an email to the buyer and seller about the order and that it completed.
Restrictions
1- you will have the ability to put your ingame account for sale in website for silks.
2- once you set your account for sale , only your ingame password will be instant changed by our system , but you will be able to log into website incase if you want to cancel the order .
3- once you cancel your account selling from website , your old password gotta be restored .
4- buyers can easily check the account they want to buy , they can check chars which is linked to this account , they can check char items , more info , etc ..
5- once you are sure you want to buy specific account ,you should have the required silk amount then you need to fill the form and write your new account id , new email , your password gotta be created and sent by mail .
6- buyer will get an confirmation mail with the login credential with the info he entered .
7- seller will get an confirmation mail with trade has been went successfully .
8- once the account is sold the seller will not have access anymore on the sold account .
9- GMS or Admins can't put there accounts for sale for security reasons .
10- due to security reasons , Seller must be offline ingame so they can place an account sale order , Buyer must be offline if he want to buy specific account .
p.s if your account is settled for sale , you can't change password or email , until you cancel your selling account order .

I see there are **more** accusations and rumors going around, so I would like to take the time to sit down and address them all.
Eslambatrway, owner of Raikkon Online, has accused me of scamming him in regards of writing his thread. While the situation seems somewhat suspicious from the screenshots and story given, it's important to listen/read both sides to understand.
Before I begin, I'd like to actually apologize to Eslambatrawy. A lot of this situation stems from a major series of miscommunications and unfortunate IRL issues which I had, which were NOT in my control (I will explain that further in this text).
But, to actually get into it, I will be addressing each accusation one by one:

1.) **Claims of __$163__ payment owed:**
This first statement is solely regarding the cost of the dispute in question.
I'm not sure where this amount of money is coming from.
Eslam approached me to purchase a thread from me, a total complete package thread (my cost for all the benefits he ordered is over $140). [
Later, eslam approached me telling me **HE CANNOT AFFORD MY THREAD** (which I had already started work on). [
I compromised and worked with him in order to not waste both my time and his money (since I have a no-refund/chargeback policy). [
The price that it totalled out to, with discount, **was $63** at the final time of dealing. This is **significantly lower** than my text-only thread costs.
Therefore, the cost is NOT ANYWHERE NEARING the amount eslam is claiming. The dispute is over $63 USD, not "$163" as he states.
This is my statement regarding the monetary amount is disgresion. __Please continue reading for information on the actual "dispute."__

Regarding the complete situation, here is the story and details:
- On March 10th, 2022 - eslambatrawy ordered a thread from me.
- I told him that the thread he ordered would take around 5 days to complete (completion expected on March 15th, 2022).
- This is where the first issue had begun. On the 15th of March, I encountered an issue at my real life job that required me to work multiple shifts in a row (inventory system failure over there, out of my control yet I had to help). Eslam contacted me and asked where the thread was, I explained my issue to him and everything was fine.
I offered Eslam to send the current progress on the thread, as I was **unsure if I would be able to fully complete it on time due to my real life work issue.** But, eslam DENIED to take the current progress and said that he would be waiting for the complete thread. [
As I stated before, due to my work issue, I was forced to work multiple shifts in a row. **These shifts totalled to over 36 hours,** which means that, while I was STILL AT WORK, we passed into "tomorrow" which was March 16th, 2022.
Eslam contacted me again, while I was still at work, and I told him everything that I knew at the time, which all was that I wasn't home and I didn't know when I would be home. [
**As the time kept passing, and Raikkon's original deadline was already over, I was moving __into timeslots dedicated to other threads that users purchased from me.__**
My personal policy is that the threads which 1.) have repeat customers and 2.) pay higher prices (higher tier purchases) take priority over the others.
Obviously, the Raikkon situation was still ongoing, but I did have to follow my policy as **ALL USERS AGREE TO THOSE TERMS** when they purchase a thread from me.
The night after March 16th, when this dillemna came up (this is now March 17th), **__I had a very dire family emergency. My cousin, Jeremy, was rushed to the hospital in critical condition.__**
At that moment, I completely lost track of all threadwork. I immediately filed requests with my real life job as well as all appointments I had to be CANCELLED so I could **travel to Chicago to support my cousin, who, I honestly thought was going to die.**
I was offline Discord for these 2-3 days, and when I logged in to update my various thread clients and customers, as well as some friends, I found eslam battering me with messages.
I quickly explained to him the nature of the situation, and that I was unsure when I would be back home to finish his thread.
I even offered eslam a partial refund AND full completion of his thread as ordered, due to all of the troubles, according to my policy.

After that, I made a realization that Raikkon Online publishing dates were **NOT COMPLIANT WITH ELITEPVPERS BOARD RULES.**
According to Elitepvpers, a thread cannot be released before **14 days** of a server's open beta phase. Raikkon's thread was **more than 19 days away** from open beta, **meaning that his thread could not be published regardless of if I finished it, for at least another 5 days.**
Taking this into consideration, along with preset policy factors, __I determined that **my other thread orders,** which WERE within compliance, took priority over Raikkon's thread, due to that reasoning.__
I notified eslambatrawy about this, HERE: |
**Three days later, on March 21st, 2022 - I finished Raikkon Online text completely.** Only minor details, such as slogan and title, which take a mere 5-10 minutes to do, were missing. The rest was done.
**__I sent Raikkon Online thread to Eslam that day, on Discord.__** BUT, apparently, he didn't receive it.
I DID send the thread, so I was very confused when he approached me AGAIN, saying he did not receive it... so, I concluded there must have been a failure on Discord's part (I'm sure some of you have experienced such a thing, where you try to send an image and it says "Upload Failed." yeah? )
I told eslam I would send it again when I was home from work, perfect, everything was finished.
... or so I thought. At this point, it was the evening of March 22nd, and there was a massive thunderstorm rolling in. I have never had an issue with any type of lightning or power surge with any single electronic that I've ever owned... well, there is a first for everything it seems.
**Due to a lightning strike near my home, a power surge occurs, and my PC was fried.**
**I lost all of my data, including every single thread project I was working on.**
When I came home and realized what had happened, I immediately went offline on Discord (from my phone), and contacted Comanche (on Whatsapp) to continue my duties.
I contacted numerous data recovery centers to investigate if they could recover the information from both my M2 and my HDD, and my secondary USB storage drive.
Because my drives are quite massive, all containing over 4 TB of data, **the period for recovery was a very long while, maybe over a week.**
I instructed Comanche to tell all of my clients about the situation, which to my knowledge, he did.
On April 2nd, 2022, I received a call from the data recovery agency that I chose, and they told me that their process was nearly complete. **600 GB of data TOTAL between the 8 TB+ was lost, only.** In this loss, was the Raikkon final version.\
BUT, LUCKILY, one of my backups while in the process of writing was able to be recovered. **I got Raikkon's thread back at around 70% completion.**
At this point, I came back online Discord and spoke with ALL of my current clients, (all of whoms threads were now late by the way), and eslam of course was one of them.
I told him the following:
**__I told eslam he would receive a FULL REFUND as well as the COMPLETED THREAD.__**
**I took April 2nd-6th to completely finish all of my clients' threads.**
**By April 6th, Raikkon's thread, for the SECOND TIME, was fully complete.**
To clarify, I was TOTALLY OFF OF DISCORD FOR THIS ~2 WEEK PERIOD, and anyone is free to check ANY COMMUNITY, I was not talking ANYWHERE (this is proof of me being off Discord!).
Because of the extreme inconvenience, **I actually decided to HELP Raikkon FURTHER, for FREE,** and on **April 7th, 2022,** I decided to **DO RAIKKON'S BBCODE + IMAGE SETUP** which was NOT included in the package, all in the generosity of my heart.
This took over 10 hours to do, and I was extremely exhausted by then.
On April 8th, I was ready to send the thread.
Before doing so, I was doing leisurely tasks, talking around the communities etc, when I received a notification from **PayPal stating that my account had a NEGATIVE BALANCE.**
I was very confused, and shocked to see that eslam had won a chargeback, which I was not even aware of him filing...
Per my threadwriting policy, **WHICH ALL CUSTOMERS AGREE TO, any attempt to chargeback or refund the order will result in termination of the works and further service.**
So, according to my policy, I **DELETED** Raikkon's fully completed thread from my PC.
I then contacted eslam about his successful chargeback, proof of his total refund (forcefully), and then no longer contacted him.
That is the total story. There is nothing more to it.
TL;DR? Please view the proof and the entire explanation before judging based on this TL;DR. Essentially, we both got screwed due to a series of issues that were out of my control. These issues were extremely coincidental, and I am happy to provide any proof of all of the situations which occurred. Again, I urge you to check the screenshots and evidence before taking any of the TL;DR into account as there is a lot more backstory and information that is needed to fully understand the situation and exactly what occurred.
__FINAL NOTES:__
At this point, I've been writing for a while... I don't know what else to say. I've explained the situation, and I've justified every move I've made.
All I can say at this point is that I am NOT a scammer, and urge the community to believe that based off of the screenshots provided.
I have worked with the top designers, thread servicers, and servers in the scene.
Developers like Ace and Muhab, to designers like Hypnos and Regon, to even translators like Balerion and Steakhouse, can all confirm my trustworthiness.
I have dealt with thousands of dollars worth of orders, and a vast client list of over 35 customers. In the last 2 years, I have created the finest, most beautiful and sophisticated threads for top servers in the scene such as Ruby Online.
With that being said, I will not respond to any further accusations. All of the proof for my story has been sent **in the explanation above,** and from now, I will let my reputation and respected service base speak for itself. Do not trust everything you see!

The night after March 16th, when this dillemna came up (this is now March 17th), **__I had a very dire family emergency. My cousin, Jeremy, was rushed to the hospital in critical condition.__**
At that moment, I completely lost track of all threadwork. I immediately filed requests with my real life job as well as all appointments I had to be CANCELLED so I could **travel to Chicago to support my cousin, who, I honestly thought was going to die.**
I was offline Discord for these 2-3 days, and when I logged in to update my various thread clients and customers, as well as some friends, I found eslam battering me with messages.
I quickly explained to him the nature of the situation, and that I was unsure when I would be back home to finish his thread.
I even offered eslam a partial refund AND full completion of his thread as ordered, due to all of the troubles, according to my policy.

After that, I made a realization that Raikkon Online publishing dates were **NOT COMPLIANT WITH ELITEPVPERS BOARD RULES.**
According to Elitepvpers, a thread cannot be released before **14 days** of a server's open beta phase. Raikkon's thread was **more than 19 days away** from open beta, **meaning that his thread could not be published regardless of if I finished it, for at least another 5 days.**
Taking this into consideration, along with preset policy factors, __I determined that **my other thread orders,** which WERE within compliance, took priority over Raikkon's thread, due to that reasoning.__

**Three days later, on March 21st, 2022 - I finished Raikkon Online text completely.** Only minor details, such as slogan and title, which take a mere 5-10 minutes to do, were missing. The rest was done.
**__I sent Raikkon Online thread to Eslam that day, on Discord.__** BUT, apparently, he didn't receive it.
I DID send the thread, so I was very confused when he approached me AGAIN, saying he did not receive it... so, I concluded there must have been a failure on Discord's part (I'm sure some of you have experienced such a thing, where you try to send an image and it says "Upload Failed." yeah? )
I told eslam I would send it again when I was home from work, perfect, everything was finished.
... or so I thought. At this point, it was the evening of March 22nd, and there was a massive thunderstorm rolling in. I have never had an issue with any type of lightning or power surge with any single electronic that I've ever owned... well, there is a first for everything it seems.
**Due to a lightning strike near my home, a power surge occurs, and my PC was fried.**
**I lost all of my data, including every single thread project I was working on.**
When I came home and realized what had happened, I immediately went offline on Discord (from my phone), and contacted Comanche (on Whatsapp) to continue my duties.
I contacted numerous data recovery centers to investigate if they could recover the information from both my M2 and my HDD, and my secondary USB storage drive.
Because my drives are quite massive, all containing over 4 TB of data, **the period for recovery was a very long while, maybe over a week.**
I instructed Comanche to tell all of my clients about the situation, which to my knowledge, he did.
On April 2nd, 2022, I received a call from the data recovery agency that I chose, and they told me that their process was nearly complete. **600 GB of data TOTAL between the 8 TB+ was lost, only.** In this loss, was the Raikkon final version.\
BUT, LUCKILY, one of my backups while in the process of writing was able to be recovered. **I got Raikkon's thread back at around 70% completion.**
At this point, I came back online Discord and spoke with ALL of my current clients, (all of whoms threads were now late by the way), and eslam of course was one of them.
I told him the following:
**__I told eslam he would receive a FULL REFUND as well as the COMPLETED THREAD.__**
**I took April 2nd-6th to completely finish all of my clients' threads.**
**By April 6th, Raikkon's thread, for the SECOND TIME, was fully complete.**
To clarify, I was TOTALLY OFF OF DISCORD FOR THIS ~2 WEEK PERIOD, and anyone is free to check ANY COMMUNITY, I was not talking ANYWHERE (this is proof of me being off Discord!).
Because of the extreme inconvenience, **I actually decided to HELP Raikkon FURTHER, for FREE,** and on **April 7th, 2022,** I decided to **DO RAIKKON'S BBCODE + IMAGE SETUP** which was NOT included in the package, all in the generosity of my heart.
This took over 10 hours to do, and I was extremely exhausted by then.
On April 8th, I was ready to send the thread.
Before doing so, I was doing leisurely tasks, talking around the communities etc, when I received a notification from **PayPal stating that my account had a NEGATIVE BALANCE.**
I was very confused, and shocked to see that eslam had won a chargeback, which I was not even aware of him filing...
Per my threadwriting policy, **WHICH ALL CUSTOMERS AGREE TO, any attempt to chargeback or refund the order will result in termination of the works and further service.**
So, according to my policy, I **DELETED** Raikkon's fully completed thread from my PC.
I then contacted eslam about his successful chargeback, proof of his total refund (forcefully), and then no longer contacted him.
That is the total story. There is nothing more to it.
TL;DR? Please view the proof and the entire explanation before judging based on this TL;DR. Essentially, we both got screwed due to a series of issues that were out of my control. These issues were extremely coincidental, and I am happy to provide any proof of all of the situations which occurred. Again, I urge you to check the screenshots and evidence before taking any of the TL;DR into account as there is a lot more backstory and information that is needed to fully understand the situation and exactly what occurred.
__FINAL NOTES:__
At this point, I've been writing for a while... I don't know what else to say. I've explained the situation, and I've justified every move I've made.
All I can say at this point is that I am NOT a scammer, and urge the community to believe that based off of the screenshots provided.
I have worked with the top designers, thread servicers, and servers in the scene.
Developers like Ace and Muhab, to designers like Hypnos and Regon, to even translators like Balerion and Steakhouse, can all confirm my trustworthiness.
I have dealt with thousands of dollars worth of orders, and a vast client list of over 35 customers. In the last 2 years, I have created the finest, most beautiful and sophisticated threads for top servers in the scene such as Ruby Online.
With that being said, I will not respond to any further accusations. All of the proof for my story has been sent **in the explanation above,** and from now, I will let my reputation and respected service base speak for itself. Do not trust everything you see!
