Jangan Cave Unique Spawn Bug

I made Dr.Abdelfattah's All regions in 1 gameserver query and after I opened my server and I went to Medusa. In there every uniques spawned 4 times when I killed one of them It spawned again, again and again.I can't stop it.How can i fix it ? Thanks. And Sorry for my English.
