simple why should i put the ids and its automatically generated ..
even the links why i should put it and it will be changed in ur db

that's depend on your mind
There's some databases don't generate ID automatically So you need to post a fully one which will work in any case to prevent problems .

if you got a different id in your database you can easily change it in itemdata

never saw a one of BR,Vsro Dbs didnt generate the ids automatically
whatever if it dont you can put your id ? is it hard ?
