i Wanna to know what's problem there !

This Error happen when u set service to 1 for some skills at _RefSkill table (Which got some unknown params for gameserver)
If you are using d12/13 database so It's corrupted, try to use another one .

Did your Give me a Link for DataBase D12/13 usefully ?

Set service to 0 on the skill that the gameserver give an error. That's all.
