Teleport Bug On Vsro Files

hello guys im new in here a bit so my problem is teleport bug in jangan.I can't teleport jangan to Dw.How can i fix it?

I think that problem from the database side because media.pk is working another server, and I Checked _RefRegionBindAssocServer all regions working

I found this in _RefTeleLink and change the service 0 to 1 is it work now ?
