that mean if turned the service to 1 and added it to itemsdata , it will work in server ?

It would work, but there are no 14-20dg files in data.pk2

service column is to activate/disable that item/npc/mob/skill
ofc it must match media.pk2 txts and data.pk2 models/textures

yea , i know i was just asking
But i am still learning setting NewServer
all my problems i am facing are in setup .. specialy server Certification ..
i am trying now to open the server on my own local IP , i have the money to rent a dedicated , but don't need to pay , only when i am 100% ..
i am good at PK2 editing , and i have much ideas that will be easy to be done
Problems are in Billing that i don't understand anything on it , or the Certification that also i don't understand anything on it too xDDDD
can some one help me ??

btw should i do IIS and FTP Together ? or just one

Just few steps could help u
read guides,
don't use ftp on the same machine which host server files
u need just edit your certification with your DB info and your machine ip
billing server which will be setup at iis and at DBConnect.asp set your account db info
I think that's all and ya that's good idea to learn every thing your self before opening your server, and also hope u read some guides about basic security . (always run your billing script on 127.0.0.1 and any port u need like ex : 8888 and block it at firewall and block global and certification ports or read my basic security guides .)
