If you're completely new to this server you will need this.

Only normal ECSRO Public is up, why cant we see it at ecsro.net? cause they are on different IP cause DB7 hacked the host, so Ocean had to restart it but he putted a better gaurdian system on it and other ip so DB7 will have more problems hacking it nex time
