Hello ...
can some one provide me with any guide or TuT , About editing the server version (SV.T) By manual way ?
not by IP input or other software !

IPInput is so easy, i dont see any point to use manual way

Yea , but when version go more than 1.*** i mean 2.*** or 3.*** ; you will need a new manual way to edit it

no you have no idea what he is talking about
btw @topic if ver more than 2 you can edit it with hex .. i mean edit ip input with hex to fix this ! if it wont help you .. re patch your game 
@topic #2 ... tell me the ver you want maybe i got the ver ( i got folder with full sv.t  )

Lotus is 2.xx and server got update error patch i think he need to pass this error by add sv.t of right ver as game server ver ( if im not wrong )

If you set version like 1000 it will appear on client as 2.000. It start the cycle every 1k, so 4204 will show ver5.204 on client.
As far as I know the SV.T file is encrypted with a key just as PK2 files. Pushedx made a tool for Zelos that allowed you to edit that file manually, but actually IPInput does the job.
The key for the SV.T file is "SILKROADVERSION".

IPInput in my opinion does all this job if you really know how to do it
as Synx said, version= First digit of number+1 and the rest
1k=2000
3455=4.455
