[HELP]Physical memory limits , SQL Error

My windows Seven 32-bit physical memory limit is 4 GB and for sure we need more then 8gb to open all maps in Pservers..so if anybody know how can i change windows limit memory or any program i can use post the name here ,or the link [very helpful] and btw iam setuping now 7-64bit (192 GB) physical memory limit.
but i have error in setuping SQL here's screenshot either !
