Remove Safe Zone

has anybody got any ideas on how to remove safe zone lets say from region 25000 to 24779 ?

change isbattlefield to 0, then it won't be a safezone

i am making a safe zone some where else. if you dont know the regions code dont post in the thread becuase it will make you look dumb
