No offence but even a medium website looks alot better then that.

If you want to create a whole website for a good server you should not use FlashVortex or something to get stuff from, try to create stuff by yourself and take more time with it, the content is not even centered, a good coder shows his best work, if you want people to recruit you, you should take more time with stuff to deliver quality.

That "Flash menu" is so ugly and doesn't seem pro, if thats what you want to do for people/servers in the future you're gonna need to train a little bit more.

I used to do the same stuff, thats not what you call coding, people always want the best.

If you don't know how to work with Flash/Action Script you shouldn't even try to create something like that...

But atleast you're trying, learn from the mistakes you've made and try to improve them.
