100.000 would be 100x, ya?

rate on cfg/1000= real rate
32000=32x
100000=100x

yeh, i know.. but look at received exp on SS, this is 1000 exp = 1000x
if this was 10x the received exp should be 10 exp

i hope you can understand me ^^

did you patched the gameserver rates?
aside, try different rates to try to find a correct rate
Edit: yes, i have noted that even with the default 32x rate u get 320 exp

Edit : i think it's right 100x

100x = 1x (not 1000x)
Just kill one mob outside Jangan and you will see.
There are alot of idiots who set their rates to 40x for example, but in reality they have 400x, and sometimes players come and say that my server have wrong rates.. because in another server with lower rates they kill one mob and get lvl 7-10 etc.

Check 1 mob in official, check Exp chart for level up and you will see.
