ACTA and SOPA act outside USA/Europe

because they did tax evasion with some million dollars, get some more information.

in fact SOPA works like this:
U have webpage
U got copyrighted material on webpage
you get dns block and sue, u can still access website via ip

Megaupload got closed even without SOPA(interesting the ones that closed MU was the one supporting SOPA)

ACTA acts similar but in this case, ip gots blocked too
