Wow, I didn't believe that it could be that hard just to follow the rules for anyone but this seems to be like the biggest problem for you (as you call 99% of the sro section). You want warnings instead of infras when you insult anyone? Why don't you just stop insulting, spamming or whatever you people are not able to.
It's funny that things which are working without any problem in every section seem to be the apocalypse here. Just get rid of your aggressive and offending attitude here and read the rules once more and ask yourselves if these things are working here.

Such things aren't meant to be public, that's why there is a complaint area. Making such threads public will result in, well you see the results yourself.
