IP Restriction/Limit

Has anybody figured out yet how to add an IP limit of chars connected?.. I know about the IP limit on registered chars however I'm trying to figure out a way to put an IP limit of accounts logged in. The server i'm GM on we have about 700 players on at a time during our busiest time of day. And while we've upgraded our server machine about 4 times already we don't want to create a lag for our players by allowing people to bot 10+ chars. Anybody know a solution?

Max User Count Restriction Per IP: system default (infinite)

It's too easy, Just add This line at GlobalManager {}

NetCafeIPRefreshTime 10
MaxUserForNonePCBangIP 10 


This will make limits 10 connections per IP if the ip isn't official (Like GM ip or gamepang ip and so on)
at MaxUserForNonePCBangIP change 10 to more or less as you want for the limits per ip u need .

Just a last question, what is the NetCafeIPRefreshTime? Do I need this command?
