Open hamachi make a network.. tell it to your friends ( ID : PW ) .
Go to server.cfg change IPS with YOUR hamachi IP .. go to Certf. change IPs and info where needed.. done..
Hamachi's IP not always working aswell, the only way to check the right IP is placing the Hamachi's IP and when there's an error you will see like "Cannot certify the server body [x.x.x.x]" the IP which you're recieving with the error it is the right IP.
