how to block player ip ?
becz when i ban him he register again

and when u ban his ip he can just change it by restarting his router

he will not connect to the server ip
i wont block player ip to connect server ip from start
site+game every thing
he will think the server have problem for example and it does not open

When he discovers that and change his ip
then I will have another solution

ppl whos dont have Permit to restart router

Yes and if u ban a netcafe ip , maybes theres more people playing in that netcafe in your server. and they alll get baned. You loose population and respect of the server.
